Writer:
Jak Ford-Lane trained at East 15 from 2012-2015. His acting credits include award winning shows; Taboo, Matilda the Empress, 46 Beacon and NotForBroadcast. He has also written and performed as a stand-up comic.
On top of this Jak has devised and written shows for Rabble, The Watermill, Proteus and Very Serious within the main company as well as with youth productions.
In his spare time Jak manages Berkshire's only baseball club, in Bracknell and plays as much sport as possible.

Lou Kendon-Ross
Lou trained at Arts Educational School London and has over 20 years experience as an actress, director and facilitator. Directing credits include NT Connections for The National Theatre and Stephen Joseph Theatre, Alice's Adventures at PQA by Les Enfants Terrible for PQA Reading and numerous Youth Theatre shows across Lincolnshire. She has worked professionally as an actress since she was 19 and taught in a variety of settings for the past 20 years. Recent work includes Lyric Hammersmith, Cockpit Theatre and a four star show at Edinburgh Fringe in 2019 where she also creatively consulted on another 4 star show.

Doug Kirby
After raising a family putting acting on hold, Doug found himself drifting into Film production, winning Best Director for Edge at iFilmmaker Marbella, a one-shot short ( now on Amazon Prime). In 2019 he produced and 1st AD the feature film The Black Spot available on Troma Now in which he has a small cameo.
He has written/adapted and Directed several stage productions since college for provincial theatre, in 2017 returning to the stage touring Polly Stenham’s ‘That Face’ as Hugh, initially in theatres then to A’level colleges and a 4 star review at Edfringe. In 2018 with Stage D’Or productions - After Today, achieved 5 stars at edfringe Directing and in 2019 took 2 new plays with them to Edinburgh Fringe (Directing again), both achieving multiple 4 star reviews and whilst there creatively consulted on another 4 star show. He is Principal at the local Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts, PQA Reading, and is in Pre Production on several projects for the Silver screen and Stage.
